Missoni for Target Blues

I have to admit that the fact that almost every single blogger jumped on the Missoni bandwagon made me a tad crazy.  My neighborhood Target was not as nuts as I heard some others were and I was able to snag a skirt and blanket without getting into a fight with another patron.
I am Wearing:
Top: Express
Camisole: H&M
Skirt: Missoni for Target
Tights: Spanx
Boots: Lord & Taylor (super old)
Handbag: Chaps (can’t decide if I like or not)
Necklace: Purchased in India
Earrings: Can’t remember where I got them
Faux Mood Ring: gifted from one of my nephew (I love him so I love the ring!)

In other news, my 10-year old photographer suggested we take these photos indoors when I complained that this would revert me back to curly hair in the dark photos!  What can I say? He's a problem solver! I tried to tone down the busy pattern of the skirt with black and blue solids, I am honestly not sure if I was successful.  Ever since I discovered Spanx tights, I don't think I will ever wear any other kind of tights, ever.  I love that everything is smoothed down without suffocating me.

The necklace was bought in India during the same trip that I bought the necklace I wore in this post.  The earrings I've had for a really long time, I can't remember where I bought them. I don't know if I am going to keep the handbag.

I've been searching for a black handbag for a long time, and this CHAPS bag is bigger than the usual purse/clutch I carry, but too small to carry my laptop or notepads.  I don't like to have to carry a purse AND a backpack/tote bag. This one might have to go to a new home soon. Finally, I know that quarter machine rings are not considered chic by any means, but my nephew bought me this ring with his arcade tokens last time he visited me and then he went back to buy one for my sister, I love it! Even if it doesn't ever change colors because it's not a real mood ring, I just tell him that it stays blue because I am always calm...ha!
