Happy Hump Day!

This should be the last week of my assignment before I am told if I am going to get the job or not.  I am not really sure what would be good news at this point.  I am exhausted everyday and I have no energy to think up new outfits!  The weather is definitely cooling here in Texas and I was happy to wear this maxi skirt to work.

I love these shoes, but it is really hard to pair them with anything because honestly, they're paisley! and turquoise!  I bought them ages ago and I used to wear them with bootcut jeans, but then those (bootcut jeans) went out of style and then pointy pumps went out of style! I think we are finally back to everything goes, so here I am in paisley pointy pumps.

I chose to add turquoise jewelry to pull it together somewhat.  I looked for turquoise jewelry that I could wear out everyday if I wanted to.  I finally found this necklace and earring set this summer when I was visiting Taos.  I purchased them at Taos Pueblo and they are handmade on site.  The bracelet is a gift from a former employee, but I love that I can wear it so often! 

My hair was a bit of a fail because the weather has been wonky and it makes my hair either flat or frizzy.  So up it goes!
