Fall Has Arrived

As I mentioned last week, Texas could not care any less what my calendar says.  Yesterday was the first official day of fall and we had a high of 96 degrees farenheit.  It was chilly in the morning when we all woke up at the crack of dawn to attend the Plano Balloon Festival's dawn launch, but it was HOT by the time dinner rolled around.

Mr. Fantastic went out of town for work and it was just me and the boys for dinner.  As you can see, it was really, really warm even in the evening. This scarf is my one concession to the changing weather until we start to see some legitimately cooler temperatures.  I will have some photos from the Balloon Festival up later this week.  Everyone had a great time despite the rumblings about the early wake up call!

    Thanks, ladies! It is still very warm and it's already October! Today, the high will be 34 degrees celsius! I wish I lived in the UK, but only for the next 3 weeks. :)
