Saturday Brunch and Walk

Mr. Fantastic left on an extended business trip today and we all had to get up at 4:30AM to get him to the airport and our teenager to a band event on time.  Afterwards, our youngest (our Baby Bear) and I tried to get some sleep, but ended up at breakfast with Morgan.  We took a small walk around our neighborhood as we waited for our teenager to call for his car service me.

I bought this scarf in Ulm, Germany a couple of years ago when Mr. Fantastic and I were visiting and I left Dallas in September and arrived in Germany in September. Translation = I was not prepared for the cool (read: FREEZING) fall weather.  I've never seen a Tally Weijl in the states, but I would compare them to H&M, which they have there, too.

I know Ugg is not on the usual blogger's beloved list, but I would never survive winter without mine and I don't care if they aren't considered stylish or if they are so 2005, I will never give mine up!  The only time I was mortified to love my uggs is when a blogger I love likened them to crocs, which I hate!

I know I got carried away with the photos, but can you believe these colors!?! in Texas!?! Today is just a gorgeous day out.
