Cold Grey Days

It is still very cool here in Texas and the tree in our front yard is turning colors for the first time that I can remember.
Sweater: Clockhouse Elements
Top: Ann Taylor (gift from Mr. Fantastic)
Skirt: Nanette Lepore
Tights: Spanx
Shoes: Christian Louboutin Bianca
Purse: Balenciaga Classic First
Necklace: Express

I didn’t realize that when we cleaned up the Halloween decorations, we never got around to removing the spider webs until I was editing these photos to post. :/
This Ann Taylor top was a random gift from Mr. Fantastic a couple of weeks ago.  I got home and he had ordered me a couple of tops.  I love him.  The grey sweater is from the same trip to Germany where I was unprepared for the weather and had to shop at the last minute.  This sweater coat was actually huge initially, it came past my knees and I had to roll up the sleeves.  Apparently, Scandinavian women are at least 8 inches taller than me!  They are also much skinnier than me, but that is for another post.  I meant to donate this sweater when I returned home, but accidentally washed it instead of sending it to the cleaners and of course: IT SHRUNK!  Now it’s pretty perfect for me…
The bag, I found while cleaning my closet as a surprise for Mr. Fantastic who is out of town.  It’s dirty and I keep meaning to send it to be cleaned.  I had such a horrible experience getting my Prada bag cleaned and it took over 5 MONTHS!  I can’t bring myself to send my Bal bag away, if I can’t be confident of the results.  Instead, I’ve resolved to stop buying light colored bags.

I’ve worn the necklace, skirt and shoes before.  I know…it’s sad.

Don’t forget to enter my Rebecca Minkoff giveaway! You have until Sunday to enter to win the Cory Pouch pictured here.
Have a great Thursday!
