Rocking the House of Blues

Last night, our friend, The Music Man, had TWO of his bands playing at the House of Blues here in Dallas.  We were so fortunate that he invited us and the kids to come and rock out with him and his peeps.

This isn't really a concert going outfit, but we also had dinner while we were there so, let's say I wore this to dinner and it just so happened that Coverboy, a tribute band to Loverboy and Infinite Journey, a tribute to Journey were both playing during our dinner.

I am so excited to be able to say that one of our friends has played the House of Blues! Mr. Fantastic and I have a special connection to the House of Blues here in Dallas because he proposed to me in the Foundation Room 1,439 days ago! It was so much fun to get to watch the bands and hold hands with my lover during "Don't Stop Believin'." I told him that it almost made up for not dating in high school.

I love cover bands and I admit that I screamed the whole time. That's our friend, The Music Man, rocking his guitar!
