Brunch and the Palace (of Fine Arts)

Some of my friends came back and visited this weekend and I have to admit that I am spoiled because never have 3 true foodies and winos come together the way we always seem to when we get together.  This time we invited another high school friend that also lives out here in California and we  are having an absolute ball. They came in Thursday afternoon and we spent Friday morning and afternoon in the city before heading back for the opening ceremonies of the Copa America game of USA vs. Colombia at Levi's Stadium.  We started the day with an early brunch at Sweet Maple near Alamo Square and the famous Painted Ladies before heading to the Palace of Fine Arts. We took a trolley from Ghirardelli Square/Aquatic Park to Lombard Street and then walked to Washington Square to the church of Saints Peter and Paul before deciding against heading up Filbert St. to Coit Tower.  By the time we were done, we really needed a nap before the game!

I Am Wearing:

Dress: Banana Republic (option)
Earrings: Blue Nile

Necklace: KEST Jewelry (gift from one of the girls for us)
Sunglasses: Ray-Ban

Clutch: Tory Burch

Sneakers: Converse
